After reading this long winded dribble, I ahve one question for the author.

"And your point is?

He's got to be a politician. I can't think of any one else that can espouse so many words without saying a damned thing.

What's funny is that he's calling for them to open up the carry licensing process to anyone who has an out of state license. *some* of his ideas have merit.
