    Back in 1999, my cousin was killed in the line of duty.He was leading a funeral procession when a car crossed the double yellow line and struck him head-on.After the traffic investigation the driver was issued a ticket for an illegal lane change!!You can read the full story at Officerdown.com(Deputy Don C. Johnson Bay County Florida).Our family was slapped in the face with such a lack of justice!The lady has never apologized for her wrong doing to our family.Please read the full story and let me know what you think.I think she should pay his children $1 a week just to remind her of what she did!

    It's called a civil lawsuit. - But it could be too late.

    Remember criminally, OJ was found not guilty, but lost the civil lawsuit.

    i wonder if the children being minors would have a longer time to file?
