Quite a few of us have sucessfully sold/traded firearms on this forum. So long as it's not abused, I don't see the problem. It's more of a community than some of the other forums that I frequent, because of the occasional get-togethers where you actually get to meet the people you're reading.

Why, what you got????

2 S&W revolvers-

1. Model 66-2 Stainless .357 4" barrel never fired in matching box with all tools and paperwork. Pinned and recessed.

2. Model 68-California Highway Patrol version of Model 67, stainless .38 6" barrel never fired in a nice wood display box with all tools, paperwork and CHP belt buckle. (might be harder to sell this one as I can't ship it back into CA except maybe to LE, I'm not sure)

I'm not sure of thier value soI probably will sell them auction style on gunbroker.com I'm pretty sure I can get a thou for both...

I had an extremely satisfactory deal through here (I bought a G30). I think as long as you're selling specific, privately owned guns/accessories/ammo it isn't a problem. If you're running a business, though, it would probably constitute pimping. In any case, abusive bumping (to keep one's post on top) is usually frowned on.

Good luck. Those both sound like excellent hardware.
