I will be heading home to WVin a few weeks from Oklahoma and was wondering the law as it applies to OC while operating a motorcycle.

I am no expert by any means but...I have seen people do it before. I'm new to OCing but open OC is OC. I wouldnt do it though across state lines unless all of the states you are riding in allow non res OC.

Definitely need to check state laws. Where I live, PA, carry on any vehicle requires a permit. Any means of conveyance other than your own two feet is a vehicle. This includes motorcycles, bicycles, horses, even segways.
