just put my 2nd Tomcat on lay away...anybody else have experiences.

A bit. My MiL CCW'd one. A bit cranky but a fine purse gun and much better than nothing. It was about ten years ago and I don't remember much - too small for my hand IIRC I couldn't even operate it easily.

whats the difference between the inox model and the standard model..

i want to get a crimson trace laser grip but the brochure says its wont fit inox models.
according to davidsons, i got the stainless steel model, with the black grip covers.

the inox model had a stainless slide blued lower and black grips.
