OC At Festivals

Good afternoon all. I am possibly traveling from SC to NC this weekend for a day trip to Hendersonville NC for the Apple Festival. Wondering if any of you locals around there are aware of if we can OC in downtown Hendersonville specifically at a festival. I appreciate the help and advice.

Head to the NC section. Im sure they would be glad to help.



It appears that OC is legal in NC, but Im unaware of any Preemption law there. So make sure you check the local ordinances for firearms at:
