The case in New Britain Superior Court had notices sent to all police departments on August 30th.

Certification of the mailing was filed with the court.

The defendants must now answer and offer any argument or reasons that our interpretation of the statues are incorrect.

I have no idea when the court will hear arguments or render a decsion, but I'm sure it will be faster than other types of litigation.
