I wear one quite often. But its for military reasons. I also have a personal kevlar at home, mostly for SHTF senarios. Hopefully I will never need it, but if I do im going to be glad I have it. :)

There is a guy who sells it at the Dulles Expo Center gun show. His name is Norman. He's usually along the back wall, to the right of Bailey's Guns.

The other guy with vests it usually over closer to the long counter with all the magazines and where they make custom ear protection further to the right side.
