We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. This is what I received from Florida's DoACS Division of Licensing immediately after the agreement was reached. I'm impressed with their responsiveness and interest in expanding reciprocity.

I'm also glad that South Carolina's recently passed legislation is making the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division get in line with the rest of the country. The legislation isn't perfect, but it is clear that SLED can't block all reciprocity requests anymore.

I just wanted you to know that effective today Florida and South Carolina are reciprocal states. SLED has already posted Florida to its website (http://www.sled.sc.gov/Reciprocity1.aspx?MenuID=CWP). We will be posting South Carolina to our website within the next half hour.
