I very recently had the pleasure of visiting the town of Keyser & some of the surrounding area's. During one of my outing's t2o a mall outside of town, I had the good fortune to see an elderly gentleman openly carrying a full sized revolver, nobody seemed to be in the slightest bit bothered by this sight.

Now coming from a Bass Ackward place like Ireland and being a shooter I was quiet pleased to see this, and highly amused at the thought's of what would happen if I were to try this here (not that I have a license anymore, it was revoked because Delta Airlines lost my gun, and the Irish police figure well now I cant be trusted)

I was just curious to know if many folk's open carry?

Open carry is not terribly common, in WV, but it is seen from time to time. I generally carry concealed, but OC 99% of the time when I'm in the woods.

BTW, you visited a beautiful area of WV. I know quite a few people who went to Potomac State Collegewhich is located inKyser.
