hey im 13 and i go to the range once or twice a week. i know that at a range in general you can open carry. I had a question about phoenix rod and gun club, wondering if you can shoot handguns at the age of 13 at that specific range. Thanks a bunch. (by the way i shoot rifles) but i am so fascinated by guns and i really like handguns.thanks
