Are these legal ordinances for unloaded, concealed, etc??

I am not a lawyer...

Having said that, no, these are not legal ordinances. The discharge of airguns and firearms can be restricted, but not the actualcarrying or possessionof concealed or openly carried firearms that differs from state law. No ordinances or laws that arestronger than state law per municipal preemption, can be enforced.

It appears that in many localities, there still remains old language pertaining toordinances and laws that preceeded the 2005 signing of the law. Palmer is another example..
