Check out NHjobs.com and do a search for Project Manager. Also DICE.com has a good selection of technical PM jobs, both in Southern NH and greater Boston.

My neighbor down the street moved from New York to New Hampshire about 25 years ago for the same reasons we did - individual liberty, personal responsibility, low taxes, and limited government - and people are still moving here for just those reasons today.

MVPEL - I will certainly take a look. How is the upland game bird hunting in NH? Grouse, pheasant, bobwhite, etc. Hate to lose my sport. I have heard that deer hunting is great! Haven't been deer hunting in years but used to go all the time.

Thanks for the suggestions! I could use living somewhere where government does not think it owns me.

I don't hunt, but I spent part of the day yesterday manning the Gun Owners of New Hampshire table next to the Fish & Game Department's table at the Deerfield Fair, and from what I overheard, game bird hunting is pretty good around here. Many folks come to NH to hunt from all over, and the Fish & Game Department is entirely self-funded.

My dear XD45 - it's NOT my crappy state. I just happen to be living here.

Got an idea - why don't you tell all of us where you live, so we can have some fun ripping the laws in your state apart.

Because, you see, laws are made by politicians, and my friend, there ain't no difference in the mental capacity of politicians by state, region, or country.

They are all in the business of politics for one reason, and one reason only. To make money. If the pols of this country were serious about serving the people, they would work like Tibetian Buddhist monks, for nothing but what gets put in their begging bowls. Of course, even if they did work that way, you could be pretty sure Big Oil, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, and others would put nice, big, fat checks in the begging bowls, and not rice.

If your state is less crappy than Ohio, tell me where you live, and are there any job openings for Project Managers -- I would gladly exchange addresses, if your state really is any less crappy than "mine". I have lived in a fairly large number of states in there United States, and brother, they all have their crappy "things".
Please come to Washington State..... Hey, at least your not from California right?

Yes, I am definitely NOT from California --- lived there three different times. Enjoyed one of them -- lived alone - one block from beach in San Clemente, LOVED IT!

I am actually from Mississippi - the most beautiful and backwards state in the Union. Drive across its borders from any direction, and you step back in time about 60 years. But its beautiful, from the delta to the coast. Of course, now that we have casinos, its also very "rich", in certain areas - the casinos have ruined several of the cities because of what they bring in.

Not a part of this discussion, and I am not anti-gambling - everybody should be allowed their "vices". Mine is shooting sports - and constitutional law.

What part of Washington St. do you hail from? I have been to Seattle, Redmond, and somewhere that appeared to be high desert - DOD would not tell us exactly where we were.

Goodwir2, I'm in Seattle.... Yeah high desert, sounds like eastern WA. Beautiful place. Big difference from the rainy west side. Wish I lived on the east side.
