So here we have it - an LEO states that open carry indicates a character flaw that indicates a likelihood to pose a danger to public safety.

By that standard, perhaps all uniformed officers should be fired?

"Some people in the park were upset'... Uh... so? She's OC'n 'n he yanks her concealed permit? Huh? There's a lotta that 'upset' stuff in PA seems to me. There is no RIGHT not to be offended... and there's no law against it. 'Must be the Maryland air creepin' into PA... it breeds stupid.
