I have received an invitation to attend a reception tonight Monday, 22
Sept. from 7-9 PM, at Dick Black's (former VERY PRO-GUN DELEGATE from
Loudoun County) in Sterling, for Ken Cuccinelli for Attorney General.

The location is 20978 Flatboat Court, Sterling, and the number to call
is (703) 406-7850.

VCDL-PAC has not made an endorsement in the Attorney General race to
date - but Ken Cuccinelli has been a firm friend in the past.

The mail I have received has requested large donations, but Dick
called Chip Fetrow today asking that we (the gun guys) just show up.
PLEASE, if you can, JUST SHOW UP. If you are asked for money, state
that you give money to the VCDL PAC and that the money given to the
PAC has much more of a directed effect.

Shake hands with both Dick Black and Ken Cuccinelli and make sure that
they know you are members of VCDL.

We look forward to seeing many of you there tonight.

I just saw the VCDL-PAC's suggestion that VCDL members attend the
reception for Senator Ken Cuccinelli tonight.

Since Senator Cuccinelli is an active Senator, this is a great time to
lobby him for pro-gun legislation and initiatives in the upcoming
session of the General Assembly. Items like repealing the restaurant
ban, state agency preemption, and carrying on college campuses by CHP
holders are good examples of things that can be discussed with the
Senator.
