    Ooooh... Nice

    From the picture it looks like it has the flat based rear leaf sight... Up until 1930 weren't they actually using the curved one with knotches? The Dragoon style?

    So has yours than been rearsenaled around WWII?

    This is a Finnish Model 39, a totatally different beast than most nagants. About the only thing Russian on it is the bolt, mag, and reciever. Even the trigger is different.

    So than the answer is yes But you have to love those Finnish... Crafty people. If you strip it apart completely make sure to go slow and watch for spacers or cork and make sure to put them back in the same spots.
