How the heck do they plan on doing that? Trigger removed from frame? Locked and disassembled? Ammo stored seperate? Electronic child recognition software in each gun.
I am waiting for the gun issue to start hitting the mainstream within the next month or so.Already starting to see it. Lots of bad info out there. They can only duck so long. Kind of hard to lie when you have it right here in front of you. Wonder what the deffinition of Assault Weapon they are using. ????Semi Auto Firearms?????? Anything above 22 cal. ????

Illegal firearms trade, children getting a hold of guns and idiots that think they control the lives of others (why we need guns)will always be with us. No matter how many laws they pass it will always be there. Just another page will be insertedin the book of bureaucracy. They know they can't outright ban them. So they have to make more criminals,ie.not locking up your firearms, letting your kid shoot them,owning more than a +# of ammo, looking the wrong way atthe peoples police,failing to produce the proper papers......etc. All the reasons they should never get there way! I do wonder if a ban was imposed. How many would appose the ban and not role over?

We have one big advantage this time around guys: The internet.
Gun owners are CONNECTED this time around. We have a great tool to use and we will need to LEVERAGE it to stop stuff like this.
GWB will sign a AWB if given to him - it is congress holding back for whatever reason (More than likely don't want to shake feathers before election).
We will need to write MORE letters, send MORE faxes, make MORE phone calls. You will have to write on behalf of your parents, your wives, your children. Anything to make it seem like more people care than let on.
Of course, the other side will be trying this, but we care much MORE since we are LOSING rights.
