How much D/L is:

"They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent, as such weapons belong on foreign battlefields and not on our streets."?

Well, ain't gonna happen> No ban no matter who gets in!
sorry - i meant the media. expect all the freaks to really come out if he wins.

They deserve no such thing. Their brain has beenpoisoned with Marxist ideas and will never listen to reason. All of their brain cells are pointed in one direction.

Donkey, the crap on the website is nauseating! It reallypromotes blatant violation of civil rights by the government. McPain makes my head hurt but Nobama's vile rhetoric makes me ill.

Donkey I don't understand your logic. You acknowledge that he is antigun, but we should still vote for him because he might not be able to restrict our rights to the extent he wants. But he will try and he will get some of what he wants. Why would we vote for a guy that is against our guns because you say he probably won't be able to restrict our right to own or use them? I'd rather vote for a guy that is mostly or all for what we stand for.

How is that a good and logical move for gun owners?

If we are talking only about guns than McCain/Palin is the way to go. Snobama /Biden are going to go against us every chance they get. They may not get everything they want, but they will get some of it.

Address Gun Violence in Cities: As president, Barack Obama would repeal the Tiahrt Amendment, which restricts the ability of local law enforcement to access important gun trace information, and give police officers across the nation the tools they need to solve gun crimes and fight the illegal arms trade. ...

I may be wrong, but isn't the Tiahrt Amendment part of a LAW?

Can the President repeal laws? I thought that was what the Legislature does?

...Orygunner...

There are no surprises here.

But also little problem.

Everything Sen. Obama proposes would require a change in law.

None of the changes the website mentions standsmuch chance of getting passed.

This website ain't loaded.
It may be unloaded now, but it is still pointed at US. So screw that gun grabber.

Q: How many Marxists does it take to change a lightbulb ?
A: None. The seeds of change and revolution are within the lightbulb itself.

Q: How many Liberal Democrats does it take to change a lightbulb ?
A: None. “Well it’s not really a question of should we change the lightbulb or should we not change the lightbulb, but more a question of… zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…..”

How many Conservative economists does it take to change a lightbulb ?

a) None. The invisible hand does it.

b) None. "There is no need to change the lightbulb. All the conditions for illumination are in place. Recent surveys show growing confidence in the lightbulb lighting up again."

c) None, because, look! It's getting brighter! It's definitely getting righter !!!

If all you care about is guns, then you should not vote for Obama for the same reasons that you should not have voted for GWB: both would support an AWB.

You also should not vote for McCain because he would support "closing the gunshow loophole," mandatory trigger locks, etc.

I support Obama mainly for reasons that have little to do with guns.

Butin the aftermath of Heller, I can think of another reason to support Obama: now that2A is established law, there is a need for the kind of judges who will allow its enforcement against state and local officials. McCain has said he does not want to appoint those kinds of judges.

Of course, we don't know what judges will do until after they are sitting. Still, I think now a judge's overall judicial philosophy on issues like incorporation and the11th Amendmentis more important to gun rights than theirpolitics vis-a-vis guns themselves.

Donkey,

Your absence of logic hurts my mind. Seriously. Stop it. At least don't do it here - this forum is for logical people. Osamabama and his supporters also suffer from the same absence of logic, so i guess it doesn't surpirise me that you do too. Maybe it will be better if Hussein takes away YOUR guns - people like you which are that independent from logic and common sense shouldn't be around deadly weapons, just like mentally incapacitated...Here is your silver lining....

Your logic consists of, what?

Making fun of the man's name?

OK, fine.

Barak, in hebrew means lightening.

John, in english, is where one goes after drinking too much beer . . . .

My logic consists of the fact that obama is an extreme socialist believing in sharing the wealth and taking from rich to give to the poor; extreme elitist who looks down on regular people which are in fact the base of this country and wants to control their life and makes fun of their values; extreme anti-patriot who cares about poor 3rd world countries including Americas' worst enemies more than he cares about America and who has no allegiance whatsoever to this country; and also a black racist who believes in "black power" type of things...should i continue? In simple terms -for people with extremelogic shortage - he stands against every value that America holds dear. Anyone who thinks that a man that anti-american should be the President of....huh...America has severe problems with logic and common sense.

middle class tax cutter = extreme socialist

cares = looks down

supports choice = wants to control our lives

doesn't lie = makes fun

civil rights lawyer = extreme anti-patriot

community organizer = cares more about third world

african american = black racist

shall I continue? = I can't think of any more invective right now

So, instead, lets talk about GUNS!

Thanks for proving my point about absence of logic and common sense. It is impossible to argue with most of left-wingers and Nobama supporters are the worst of their kind. I rest my case. Back to guns.
