Yesterday I receive what appears to be part of a bulking mailing sent out by the NRA. Included were pre-addressed postcard to request an absentee voter ballot.

The mail to address on the post card was to a Warsaw Virginia adress which is in Richmond County, Virginia and I live in Richmond City, Virginia. Virginia, ain't it great to be a Commonwealth where cities are independant of counties?

You would think sombody would have checked that out.
