Just got my issue in the mailbox today. OpenCarry.org is also mentioned.

Title: TEXAS OPEN CARRY

"With open carry in the news, Texas gun owners realized their state, gun-friendly though it is, doesn't allow the practice. So more than 3,500 people signed an online petition asking Texas governor Rick Perry and the Legislature to make Texas an open-carry state. "The concealed carry movement that swept the country in past decades has been a great benefit to law-abiding citizens to be able to protect themselves," says John Pierce, co-founder of OpenCarry.org, in the Star-Telegram. "But we are trying to reeducate people that open carry is... a basic gun right."
