yeah, so...

mccain (God I hope he wins) wants to make it so all weapons must be registered... so, will all of us who bought guns that arrent reg'd PREBAN? (as in, can we still legally own and OC them, etc.)

secondly, obama has a 10 step "program" to disarm america...

ONTOP of all that, the country i so love and adore is introuble!!! if this bailout (hate that word for it) fails... (if it passes, then fails i mean) THIS state will become a socialist state, and our posessions will nolonger be our own, man, what will we do :/

this is how ive come to understand it, anyways. (lets all form a militia in the forest! YEEEYUH!!!)

Why move to the forest? It's not like they will come to your house and search it for weapons. If you have guns that aren't registered I would suggest you keep it that way.

Im not worried for a bit about Obama saying he wants to disarm americans because it will never happen. Thanks to a little thing called the Bill of Rights

Well unless I'm wrong which is possible. The reason I'm not worried about losing our guns is because it will most likely never happen because we have a thing like i said called the The United States Constitution also the bill of rights. Now unless all my teachers have been wrong which I doubt they have. It would take decades to change this stuff or unless we got overruled by another country it will just not happen. Plus I know myself and most likely every other U.S. citizen would revolt.

Ya know I honestly can not answer that I would have to research and get back to you on that. But I will say that no matter what happens every american citizen that is eligible has that right to bear arms and no one can take that away because that is handwritten in INK.

I will say though I think to be able to conceal a gun is a privledge and can be easily taken away just like a drivers license.

I am bearing arms. it does not state what kind of arms or how I may carry it. correct? you might feel I am wrong but the laws they set are only hurting the citizen that is willing to do what it takes for the country not the criminal's THEY STILL CONCEAL and when they get caught yeah slapped on the hand they get back out and do it again.

I just feel I should be able to carry my firearm anyways I want with out any permit.
Because you have to have one I am not being able to do so. Its not because I cant its because I feel it is wrong for me to pay the government money for me to do that.

Well correct me if I'm wrong but if I recall the United States Supreme Court just recently ruled that bear arms means guns http://www.scotusblog.com/wp/court-agrees-to-rule-on-gun-case/ PLEASE LOOK.

Now I do agree with you there are some laws that hurt citizens and criminals will always do what they want unlike law abiding citizens. I also do not have a CCP because one I like to open carry and it is more comfortable for me 2nd I plan on becoming LEO soon and will have no need for one. I'm also going to say it sounds like you CC without a permit if this is true I would advise not to do that. Because that would make you a criminal. If you do not though disregard that comment.
