It doesn't take more than about five minutes worth of research to find out that all the theories that either candidate (mostly Barack, for some reason) are complete bupkis. From a strictly legal standpoint (ignoring all opinions, just sticking to the facts) every major candidate is eligible to serve as POTUS. Whether or not they are qualified from a moral/ethical/experience/whatever-your-opinion-of-them-is standpoint is up to each voter to decide. But whoever is elected, they will be able to legaly be there.
