Dude, you filed a lawsuit! There's nothing historical about that; people do it every single day.

You know, even though I'm coming across as a detractor, that's more a critique of your style, and an observation about your likelihood of success. I really do wish you luck in this.

The lawsuit in federal court was not what I meant. I am the first to apply Heller as evidence for a new internationl norm for human rights law. Read pages 1 thrugh 4 of the lawsuit unless you prefer to remain ignorant as you have demonstrated so successly.
