Does anyone know if it is legal for a state Governor to use his Governors reelection money to campaign for Obarma :cuss:

I was reading a while back and found out that Illinois has a law that says that any money contributedto a campaign and not usedcan be used as if it were their own. The state legislature tried to pass a law tostop this and Obama voted against it. I think it did not pass. IIRC No, I don't have a cite, so don't ask.
