I'm very happy with the VCDL sticker I picked up at the booth when I joined at the gun show last spring. Goes nicely underneath the American flag I have in my back window.

Indicates premeditation and will be used against you in court if something bad happens and any liability insurance you have will probably not cover your otherwise legal actions i.e. self defensive - read the fine print in your policy.

Advertises that you have guns for potential break-ins.

Use of deadly force is not a legal or moral option to prevent/stop simple trespass.

I see your point, guess it would be better to have element of surprize watingfor them on the other side..I will read the fine print in my policy ,never new that was in there.. Thanks for pointing that out.
