If "O" is elected will you give up your guns? I think it is coming and I think we will be like England and Australia (spelling) I for one think people need to not give up that right. Are you willing to die for your rights? Will police powers come to your homes?

I hope it doesn't come to that.

I also don't think it will come to that.

But, just in case, I've already started a seperate savings fund to save up for those guns that are on my wishlist. I'll be ready to spend it all when tax refund time rolls around next. If anything, I forsee lots of bans, not confiscations.

If the feds want to take my guns then they must take the ammunition as well. They aredulywarned herethat no ammunition will leave my possession at less than 1000 feet per second.

When, or if laws are enacted to deny rights, they are not laws. These rights are prescribed in the Constitution and are the basic, yet most important rights to citizens of this country. Those that take an oath to defend and protect the Constitution can not, with any authority, be it self prescribed or from the idea that they are law makers, vote into law something contrary to the original law they swore to protect. But happens all the time in the upper echelons of government and by small city states through out this country.

Congress can change the Constitution with 2/3 majority, but then the question of motive for doing so will be raised, even more than is suspect now for some of the action taken by these socialists. The only reason for anti-gun laws are to keep the citizens in check. Instead of the other way around. What else could the reason be? Can't control an armed public easily, this has been provedthrough out history. Public safety is always the excuse for the gun controlmeasures and it is getting pretty played out, statistics do not support this hog wash. You can only use the same lie for so long till people catch on. But you will still here the "Brady Bunch" and like minded socialists carry on about it till the end of time or they come for your guns. When this happens, you are the government, because yours has turned against you.

Yes, it will come to the point of gun confiscation in this country. That is the only way they will get mine. And not because I only feel passionate about guns and ammo, but about the Constitution in it's entirety. Without the means to protect me and mine or the rest of my God given rights, I'll not have the means to die well and resistbefore I'mto go tothe re-education camp.

Being a member of the military of this country, I take my job as seriously as I can. It is hard though, really hard, when the expectation of honor imposed upon those that serve at the lowest level, and the oath we take to defend this country, is the same oath taken by those that have been picking away at it's national sovereignty and therights guaranteed to the people and getting to friendly with the U.N. Those people hate us and we are stupid for our involvement. There are many malfunctions in our elected officesgoing on, and I have lost confidence that it will ever change for the good from here out. This is why I'll not give up my guns, period!

Gee, now I'll probably be on some grocery list, but youknow were I am when you want me big brother.

Conversation with my sis-in-law:

"If they ever come for the guns... you should 'give up' a few."

"NO!"

"What if they arrest you?"

"The war starts here then.."

"We (family) might get shot... "

"Arm yourselves and fight..."

"We might get killed."

"You don't fight... You're already dead."

They look like us... they dress like us...they talk like us... but they ARE NOT 'US"... They are the enemies of this country. I took the oath to defend it from all enemies. I took the oaththat I am prepared to give mylife in it's defense if need be. I will do that. It's not just a bunch of words. THIS I WILL DEFEND!

No.

This country boy will flee to the mountains long before they come for my guns, because at that point they are also coming for my freedom.

Even if Obama wanted to, he couldn't pass such sweeping laws.

as some one has already mentioned, Australia and Britain. Britain being the prime example of a disarmed people, crime is through the roof and criminals act with impunity.

"President" Obama will spendhis first ( and LAST) term surrounded by his "handlers" - Colin Powell, Charles Schummer, George Soros, et al, who will TRY to control him. Unfortunately his "audacity" will break loose, the nation will turn against him, and he will struggle to maintain a "legacy" that at least he did not totally destroy this nation in 4 VERY LONG years. (The QUESTION ?) Not only NO - but HELL NO ! We will be in for some rough times if he wins - and we will need every gun and round of ammo we've stock-piled. By the way - I'm NOT a "racist". MY NO. 1 choice on the presidential ballot would be Allen Keyes - but he's not even a contender.

No. I swore an oath to the Constitution, anyone trying to take my guns is a domestic enemy of said document and will be dealt with accordingly.

I would hope anyone issued an order to confiscate weapons would also see the flaws with that order and promptly refuse.

Read the thread on the Border patrol in Az, that will give you the REAL answer. This board is full of idiots willing to give up their rights. When Obama starts a Federal registry , "bans assault weapons"and reinstates the magazine ban you will see how quickly they fall in line. I hope a mandatory turn in of all magazines over 10 roundshappens within the first 100 days of the new administration, just to wake some of you guys up.If the penaltywhen caught withan illegal magis even a day in jail some of these guys will be falling all over themselves to turn in their magazines, so they can be a "law abiding citizen".
