Its because there talking about the victim of who was killed I think

but its nice to see some one defending his store

I couldnt help but smile when the cop said "looks like the clerk won this one"

Yeah, what the hell are those idiot cops calling the perp a "victim" for anyway? The victim(s) were the people in the store.. NOT the BG who decided to partake of their revenues.
