I-81 is a common route for Reserve and Guard units traveling to Fort Dix for training before deployment to the Middle East.
Perhaps since the entire country has come to a standstill because of the Election they are taking advantage of the empty roads to catch some Virginia foliage.

Well, I hope you're right.
Then again, Toledo, Augusta GA (what the hell? That place is tiny, and half dead...), Chicago, Detroit, Oakland, Philly, and Cincinnati, are all in the news as prepping for "mischief".
Ask yourself: Do you REALLY want to be in an area where people might be either A> looking to cause trouble, or, B> looking for people they THINK might be looking to cause trouble?
That was my main purpose of posting this originally, even if I wasn't as articulate before.
