This is posted on the national forum but I recommend our Michigan members read these transcripts of the hearing to restore a CPL permit that was revoked for OCing by a soccer mom in Pennsylvania. Even though it’s in Pennsylvania it’s a good read because it gets into the mind of the anti OC crowd and the mentality of thinking OC is a public danger. You will love the questions and answers by the Sheriff and the “lecture” by the Judge. The judge scolds the women even thought the Sheriff abused his power in this case. I won’t ruin the verdict by telling you what happened.

I knew this case had turned out well for Ms Haines, but after reading this transcript it really :cuss:me off that these idiots can't realize for themselves how irrational they are. concealed is ok but open scares people and makes them concerned for their safety BUT THE WEAPON WOULD STILL BE THERE EITHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
