Help IDing Redfield rear sight

This was attached to a Mossberg 44US(c) that I just got. Don't know what model it is. Does anyone recognize?

It looks like a Series 70 sight from Redfield. Looks like your's has the micrometer knob rather than the screw head that is adjusted using a coin, etc. The micrometer style was more popular with the target shooters. Real similar to the Lyman 57 sight and it found its way onto a lot of surplus military rifles like the 1903 xx, etc.
