From what I have been hearing, Obama wants to put a band on all assaultwepons ( AR-15, AK's) is this true? if so, is now the time to buy? and what age do you need to be to buy one?

The time to buy was November 3.

Most big cities are completely sold out of ARs and AKs. Salt Lake has been selling them likes hot cakes at every store in the valley, but I don't know how supplies are holding up or if prices have increased.
