Hello all. I believe Maine is a state where OC is kosher although I KNOW the local LEO's will totally need a diaper change the first time they see it happen. I live just south of the capital (Augusta) and would like to encourage an OC event. Walk in the park. Cleaning up the riverfront downtown. Open for suggestions. Just think it's time we got the Second out there for people to see it in action. It might not be there much longer !
