Question Re Washington Memorial Parkway & Sprout Run Parkway

Hi everyone. These two (unfortunately useful) roads are considered Federal property and therefore I cant open carry in my car or ccw while I am driving through them? Is that correct?

Yes they are National Park Service land, and currently we are prohibited from carry there. However, there has been a petition for a change of rules that at this point is overdue for publication. We shall see what that brings if anything.
