Corvallis/Albany/Salem Area Open Shooting Ranges?

I am trying to find a range in these areas that are on BLM land or otherwise open to the public and do not require fees or membership to enter. I hope to find a 50 or 100yd rifle range. If anyone knows of any of these spots please let me know. Thanks in advance.
