Just viewed this vid with an "anti" friend. He stormed out, very angry. So if I get a heart attack from eating TWO helpings of eggs Benedict, it is all YOUR fault. On the other hand I LOVE eggs Benedict, so you are (provided I don't have a heart attack) the founder of my feast.

Then ther is eggs Benedict Arnold (an old Borgia family recipe). But my fave is Eggs Pope Benedict: You take a bunch of eggs...... and make sure they hatch. Get it?......... Forget it........
