From the latest GCO Update:

Many of you know that Senator Douglas (R-17) was GCO's Senator of the Year in 2008 and that Senator Douglas is also a proud member of GCO. Senator Douglas got a jump on things and pre-filed the first gun bill of 2009. You may read SB9 by clicking here.

SB9 will remove the requirement that one placing a revolver in the coat of his winter jacket use a holster or go to jail.
