2. ACTION ITEM: VCDL Board member to address Hampton Roads Transit on legality of open carry on THIS WEDNESDAY!

VCDL Board member John Fenter is going to address Hampton Road Transit (HRT) this Wednesday, December 10th at 6:30 PM.
John is going to make sure that HRT understands that open and concealed carry is legal on HRT vehicles. This will avoid the bus driver calling the police unnecessarily when someone lawfully carrying a handgun gets on the bus (as happened to Danladi Moore a few months ago).
