Can someone kindly point me to the WA case law regarding the legality of recording a police officer in the performance of his duties? Tried a search and couldn't find it. Thanks.

Man, o' man...I just picked up one of these puppies...I think it is excellent and if you want to add a little video to your recordings...roll it, very small, great images, and the microphone will pick up everything if you have it on a lariat around your neck.

My phone has a built in audio recorder. Picks up very well. I placed it on the dash last time I got stopped and it picked up everything, even the cop walking up to the car.
