I've talked to the Affton police captain and brass in the Oakville, Lemay area. If you open carry and don't have a badge (a real one), you're going to be locked up for their law that makes you carry written perrmission from every property owner that you go on.

you know I have read a lot of posts that talk about that law and read the law.but I still wonder about the "public" streets. I have talked to a friend that is a kirkwood pd. He does agree that it is not against the law at least not in kirkwood, but if someone does call the police it becomes a peace destrubance and it might be up tothat LEO to do what he or she thinks. :banghead:There is too much fear out there!!!
