Yep. Don't carryon school grounds (you can have your gun in the school parking lot in your car, unloaded and out of sight and the car locked). You can't carry open or concealed in an establishment that sells alcohol for consumption on the premesis. Other than that, have at it.

That unfortunately does include Applebees. Though, there is a lawyer who will defend you pro-bono (does that mean for free?) if you are concealed carrying at a restaurant, not drinking alcohol, minding your own business, and get put in the pokey. Whether or not you want to be a guinea pig is up to you.

You'll be pleased with the status of OC here in AZ. I haven't gotten hassled, even in Snotsdale (Scottsdale).

i have found that i get less looks and stupid comments, as well as less "no weapon" signs, when im in a nice area as opposed to a bad area (where you really need it). the irony...

Interesting. Thanks for the information. Personally I think Utah has better laws then Arizona.

A claim like that calls for an Item by Item comparison. Otherwise mine doesn't stink anymore than yours does.

Oh yeah? Is that why you will post in an Arizona forum, but stay silent on the Utah forum? ;):p

Hey Sarge, I think we are both doing better than many other States.

Hey Sarge, I think we are both doing better than many other States.

The "citizens" here certainly fair a hell of a lot better than the poor "subjects" in the republic of Kalynfornya.
