Hello all, new guy from Moss Point, MS



I have read quite a bit about the opinions that agun ina holster is considered 'partially concealed' so, my question is;

Has anyone here ever been ticketed for carrying a concealed weapon just because part of the gun was 'hidden' in a holster?

I am going to start open carrying and was just wondering.
