We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. FN Herstal Rifle in .308. Opinions?

If you're talking about the FNAR 7.62x51mm, they look great and I've heard nothing but good things about them. I haven't personally fired one, so everything I could say is second-hand. :?
The one drawback to them, is that they appear to use a proprietary magazine made by FN for their Patrol Bolt Rifles, so using a M14 or FAL (metric or not)magazine isn't an option.
If I were going to buy one, I'd stock up on magazines now.
