Sorry, I don't read "VICTIM" anywhere in either article. Both articles consistenly refer to the BG's as "SUSPECTS".

I am glad that the "VICTIM", read as resident, was not injured and doesn't seem at this point to be charged!!!!

Newspapers do that frequently online which is why I usually, especially with such a short story, cut and paste it into the thread. Interesting that newspapers frequently change their stories online without any comment or notice that it has been changed whereas blogging etiquette for those lowly people so ofter derided by MSM "journalists" is to always show any such change with an update or edit note AND, yep, on most forums including OCDO that you edited will be noticed to the reader.

It is called accountability and being responsible. Two words that unfortunately many in the media do not understand.

At least they did change it. That much is to their credit.
