I agree dumb law, but a guy at a gun show pointed out to me that you can own it here travel to a state that doesn't outlaw it and use them there. Still retarded but at least we have that oppurtunity."Any Other Weapons", Destructive Devices, and Sound Suppressors ("silencers") are legal, but sound suppressors are illegal to "use" on a firearm. Yes, that is a stupid law.
