I'll make you an offer: I will argue and fight for all of your rights, if you will do the same for me. That is the only way freedom can work. We have to respect all rights, all the time--and strive to win the rights of the other guy as much as for ourselves.

If I am equal to another, how can I legitimately govern him without his express individual consent?

There is no human being on earth I hate so much I would actually vote to inflict government upon him.

I spread that a lot. Get dumb looks most of the time, but I keep trying.

Wonder why I've never been called to jury duty?

Great post! I've been telling people about this for years; I get a lot of remarks such as:

    1) they will just kick you off the jury
    2) you'll be charged with not following orders

    3) you can't be the system

I have this to say about these comments.... if everyone knows about this right, they can't kick everyone off right?

    Edit to add:

Anytime an unconstitutional court decides to charge a (free person) with a gun crime such as carrying, owning, etc, etc. All the jury has to do is say not guilty. Can't get much simpler then that can it?

I am fortunate to have met, conversed with, and count as a friend the executive director of FIJA, Iloilo Jones.
