to alert everyone of what the current most serious threat to our 2A rights is at the moment and what to do (who to contact) about it.
Right now, I would say that this would be the Eric Holder nomination, so the scrolling banner (large enough to catch the eye) would read something like "DEFEAT THE HOLDER NOMINATION! HERE'S HOW", which, when clicked on, would give people the link to click on for the GOA alert ( http://gunowners.org/take-action.htm ) it would also urge everyone to both FAX and PHONE their Senators (in this case) by giving them THIS link: http://www.theorator.com/senate.html as well as the FAX and PHONE numbers for the Committee involved (if it's IN committee, of course) like: http://judiciary.senate.gov/contact.cfm
