Hi Ihave been browsing online when I saw that a court case I am in search of was mentioned at some point on this site. The case I'm looking foris Dubin v. State 397 A.2d 132 (Del 1979). I have been searching for the actual case itselfbut have only found documents that refer back to it. I didn't know if anyone in here would have any info that would help melocate it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Perhaps you could access it at this link

It would help to have more information like what state it was in.

    Delaware, from the citation.
