Hi Ihave been browsing online when I saw that a court case I am in search of was mentioned at some point on this site. The case I'm looking foris Dubin v. State 397 A.2d 132 (Del 1979). I have been searching for the actual case itselfbut have only found documents that refer back to it. I didn't know if anyone in here would have any info that would help melocate it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your help you guys. I actually just got back from a Law Library that had the book that I could photocopy the case from. Thanks again!
