Most universities have academic sanctions in place for their students and other sanctions in place for their employees, and for the public, they may have regulations against it, but whether they are enforceable in states with preemption remains to be seen (tried in court).

I believe you will find- only THEIR RULES-- rules are not law- HOWEVER- you CAN be ask to leave, and not doing so could, and no doubt would, be considered tresspassing. JMHO :)
