• We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

I came across this site while reading Volokh Conspiracy:

Check out thethird case down from the top, US vs Bellamy. Cops direct a guy, taking him by the elbow, and guiding himup a ramp.Court says that is a seizure. Cites other cases that should be interesting to read.

Maybe John and Mike might consider adding a link to this site in the Law Library forum?
